I sometimes want to watch two channels at once (sports + news, for example). On Android and iOS, are there IPTV apps that support multi-screen or picture-in-picture mode? Which app handles this best in 2025?

If you want to watch multiple channels at once, I’d say the best options are TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro. TiviMate is awesome on Android, clean interface, multi-playlist support, and you can kind of manage a multi-screen setup even if PiP isn’t fully native.
IPTV Smarters Pro works on both Android and iOS, and while it doesn’t have true PiP, its multi-screen feature is solid for catching a game and the news at the same time. I’ve tried a few other apps, but these two just feel reliable and smooth. For multi-channel viewing, you can’t go wrong with them.
