I’ve been exploring IPTV as an alternative to cable and I’m wondering about potential restrictions from internet providers. Can ISPs actually block or throttle IPTV traffic, and if so, how common is it? I’ve heard that some providers might limit streaming speeds or restrict certain services, but I’m not sure how it works in practice.
